1. Content strategy & planning (20%)
- Synthesize insights from the target audience research and combine them with the brand positioning to propose strategic content direction for American Study.
- Develop an effective content strategy with detailed pillars and angles to deliver the main communication objective with creative ideas.
- Design a detailed implementation plan with audiences, channels, and timelines.
2. Content production (60%)
- Coordinate with the internal team to produce content (for both text and visual) following the plan, supporting sharing detailed briefs, and following up to get the content output on time.
- Write/Produce diversity of the content format, such as social posts, articles, newsletters...
- Video Production: Write a compelling script and work with
video editor/ agency to produce a branding/ performance video clip.
- Being the copywriter, coordinating with the
digital marketing team to A/B testing creative ads to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Optimizing written content by both Brand and Performance
- Generating new ideas to magnify customer engagement
3. Analysis & reporting (20%)
We will work with the "Creative for Performance" method, data will tell us how to generate successful creative
- Work with the digital marketing team to track, measure, analyze, and optimize all content materials
- Synthesize & report content performance to generate new insight & ideas
4. Others
- Work with Marketing Agencies, Meta
account manager, and Google account manager... to generate insight & optimize marketing campaigns.
- Support to produce POSM and marketing materials.
- Work with foreign speakers to organize webinar series
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
- University graduate or higher, priority is given to candidates studying abroad in the US and EU.
- At least 3 years experience in Content Marketing positions
- Having a deep knowledge of Content Marketing and having a passion to grow further in this career path
- Understanding of marketing channels in terms of target audiences, pros and cons, and best practices to produce winning content for each channel
- Excellent writing skills for a diversity of forms such as social posts, video scripts, articles, newsletters
- Exceptional writing and verbal skills in English
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- Good project management & time management skills
