We are looking for a
Graphic Designer (Mid Level) to join our Design Team, supporting the creation of visual assets for Social and Digital platforms.
This role is suitable for someone with a good eye for design and an interest in visual storytelling, who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced creative environment.
You will be responsible for executing design tasks, supporting content production, and working closely with team members to deliver engaging visuals across multiple platforms.
1. Job Description:
Creative Concept & Visual Direction
Contribute to the development of creative ideas and visual directions for social, digital campaigns, and other business units.
Translate briefs into visually engaging designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs.
Design & Motion Content Production
Design and produce key visuals, social posts, digital banners, video ads, and other marketing materials.
Create motion graphics, simple animations, and short-form videos for social and digital platforms.
Collaborate with Social, Planning, and Performance teams to enhance visual effectiveness.
Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness
Stay updated with design trends, social content formats, and platform updates.
Explore different styles and approaches to keep designs fresh and relevant.
Reporting & Communication
Report directly to the Design Lead.
Work with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements and timelines.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and support content and creative planning.
2. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in creative agencies, digital media, or performance marketing environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design capabilities.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Experience designing for social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and e-commerce environments.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
Familiarity with AI tools for image creation is a plus.
Good aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and visual storytelling ability.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under deadlines.
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn and grow within the team.
