The Creative Director is responsible for defining and protecting the creative vision, aesthetic identity, and design direction of the brand. The role leads the development of seasonal collections, couture pieces, and market-adapted product lines while ensuring the brand maintains a strong, recognizable identity across all markets.
The Creative Director collaborates closely with Product Development to translate creative concepts into technically feasible products and works with Marketing to ensure brand storytelling is consistent across all communication channels.
This role is critical in maintaining Enzo & Leo's positioning as a premium fashion brand while supporting growth in international markets.
I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creative Vision & Brand Direction
• Define the overall creative direction and aesthetic vision of the brand.
• Develop seasonal concepts and themes for collections.
• Ensure brand identity remains consistent across all products, campaigns, and presentations.
• Protect and evolve the brand's design language and visual identity.
• Maintain alignment with the brand's premium positioning.
2. Collection Development
• Lead the development of Ready-to-Wear (RTW) collections.
• Oversee the design process from concept to final design approval.
• Ensure collections reflect both creative innovation and commercial relevance.
• Collaborate with Product Development to ensure designs are technically feasible.
• Participate in product review meetings during development phases.
3. Market Adaptation & International Strategy
• Adapt collections to meet the needs of different markets when required.
• Develop market-specific capsules (for example Middle East collections).
• Work with Commercial and Marketing teams to understand regional customer preferences.
• Ensure global expansion does not compromise the core brand identity.
4. Couture & Made-to-Order Direction
• Lead creative direction for Made-to-Order and couture pieces.
• Approve final design for bespoke and customized garments.
• Ensure couture pieces reflect high craftsmanship and brand prestige.
• Collaborate with the Atelier team for execution of complex designs.
5. Collaboration with Product Development
• Work closely with the Head of Product Development to translate design into production-ready products.
• Review samples and provide creative feedback during development stages.
• Ensure design intent is preserved through the technical development process.
• Participate in fitting sessions and approve final design aesthetics.
6. Brand Image & Creative Supervision
• Oversee visual direction for look books, fashion presentations, and campaigns.
• Provide creative input for brand storytelling and product presentation.
• Ensure consistency of visual language across all marketing materials.

1. Education
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related discipline strongly preferred.
• Formal training from recognized fashion institutions is an advantage.
2. Experience
• 8-12 years of experience in fashion design.
• Proven experience leading collections for premium or
designer brands.
• Experience working with both RTW and high-end garments preferred.
• Experience working with international markets is a strong advantage.
3. Technical Understanding
The Creative Director should have:
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior.
• Knowledge of couture finishing and premium garment techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with pattern makers and product
developers.
