Creative Graphic Designer

Part 1 - Conceptualization and Design
1. Conceptualize and design corporate and product related communication materials (POSM, packaging, collaterals, Facebook content, PowerPoint template, corporate magazine, internal newsletter,...) to equip inter-departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Service...) with tools on timely basis.
2. Ensure design and supervise production of all corporate and product related communication materials are in accordance to brand identity systems to enhance company image and increase brand awareness on timely basis.
3. Join brainstorming sessions and cross-function meetings to elaborate new communication initiatives.
Part 2 - Communication Execution
1. Conceptualize & design point-of-sale (POS) materials and visual merchandising display
2. Ensure design & publication of all corporate and product related materials are in accordance to Elken's Corporate Identity (CI)
3. Design, supervise and liquidate production of communication materials (poster, leaflet, banner, bunting, ticket, standee, website, etc.) with third parties for major events (New Product Launch, Distributor Recognition, Company's Anniversary...)
4. Conceptualize and design all Facebook posts (Always-on content, Real-time content, Mini game with GIF image,...) for daily posting on Elken Vietnam Fanpage
5. Conceptualize, design, supervise production of corporate brochure, print layouts, PR news layout
6. Conceptualize and design all packagings (carton, label, sub-label) for New Product Launch
7. Assist in the photography arrangement, production of key visual, video clip and video voice-over production & ensuring quality production of master tape and thereafter quality of photo and video clips
8. Update notice boards with the latest memos, newsletter, leaflets & notices at the Head Office
9. Update all display shelves with the latest & proper packaging
10. Review all display shelves on a routine basis
11. Assist in setting up a presentable outlook for all prominent places such as Sales Processing & Customer Service areas, etc.
12. Responsible for the Festive seasons decoration & New Product Launch decoration in Elken offices
13. Carry out other assigned jobs from inter-departments within stated deadlines
14. Monitor and update the archives system in safe keeping members' photos, images, master copies of our product DVDs and product photos
15. Liase with Head Quarter in Malaysia for the revision and approval of all communication materials
16. Purchase images from photo stock websites (e.g. shutterstock, gettyimages, ect.)
