About Promer AI
Promer AI is an AI-native ad creative platform built specifically for e-commerce merchants, DTC brands, and media buyers. From a simple product URL, Promer automatically generates high-converting ad concepts, visual banners, animated video ads, and competitor clones in seconds. We help thousands of Shopify store owners scale their paid ads without the bottleneck of expensive design teams or photoshoots.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Growth Marketer who lives and breathes short-form video, e-commerce ad tactics, and SaaS growth marketing. In this role, your primary mission is to acquire more e-commerce merchants and performance marketers for Promer AI by producing high-converting ad creative, engaging product-led videos, and scroll-stopping marketing content. You will bridge the gap between our powerful AI tools (AI Ad Clone, AI Ad Concept, AI Ad Animation) and the real pain points of e-commerce sellers (creative fatigue, high CPA, blank-page syndrome).
Key Responsibilities
User Psychology &
Messaging Strategy:
Deeply understand the mindset of e-commerce merchants, Shopify sellers, and media buyers.
Translate Promer's core features (URL-to-Ad conversion, AI Ad Clone, AI Animation, AI Product Photoshoot) into ultra-compelling hooks, angles, and performance ad copy.
End-to-End Short-form Video Production:
Concept, script, record (screen recordings, product UI demos, UGC-style videos), and edit high-energy video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X.
Produce fast-paced "Product-Led Content" that demonstrates Promer's "magic moments" (e.g., "How I turned a product link into 10 test-ready ads in 60 seconds").
Vibe Builder &
Brand Stylist:
Define and elevate the modern visual "vibe" of Promer AI - slick UI callouts, dynamic transitions, engaging sound design, and trend-responsive aesthetics that make our SaaS product look cool, futuristic, and essential.
Stay ahead of creative trends in the SaaS, AI, and e-commerce marketing ecosystem.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in Creative Marketing, Performance Creative, or Growth Content, preferably within E-commerce, DTC, MarTech, or SaaS.
Video Editing Mastery: High proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects. Ability to craft fast-paced, high-engagement videos with clean UI zooms, motion captions, and sound effects.
E-Commerce &
Paid Ads Expertise: Deep knowledge of Meta Ads &
TikTok Ads mechanics. You understand what makes e-commerce merchants click, test, and convert (ROAS, Creative Fatigue, Hook rate, Winning Creatives).
Creative "Vibe Builder"
Mindset: Strong aesthetic sense, pacing control, and trend awareness. You know how to make SaaS screen recordings look exciting rather than boring tutorial clips.
Product-Led Storytelling: Ability to quickly digest software features and turn technical workflows into relatable "Aha!" moments for the audience.
English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English to write catchy ad hooks, voiceover scripts, and UI overlay copy targeting a global audience.
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with Shopify stores, ad spypicker tools, or media buying workflows.
Hands-on experience using AI creation tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, etc.).
Comfortable providing voiceovers or appearing on camera for quick UGC demos.
