- Create proper concept for each project demand
- Responsible for design compliance with conceptual vision and project budget
- Develop and manage a best-in-class design department through enacting a performance management cycle, to include performance evaluations and coaching
- Manage all departmental project assignments while actively looking for process improvement opportunities
- Ensure adherence to the departmental budget and company policies and procedures
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of workplace trends, such as ergonomics, technology integration, teaming, alternative office environments, etc.
- Facilitate departmental professional development opportunities to enable designers to grow professionally and broaden their experience
- Collaborate effectively with internal company departments
- Other task designed by BOD
Yêu cầu
- Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, [protected info] similar
- English fluency (Reading-Speaking-Writing)
- Preferably have at least 5 years of experience in the same position
- Have the spirit of teamwork and common goals
- Great communication and problem solving
- Ability to withstand high pressures and works
- Be responsible for the work, be responsible directly to the superior
