The Creative Manager is responsible for driving creative excellence across all brand and campaign touchpoints, ensuring a consistent, impactful, and platform-native visual presence across Omni Channels & Social platforms. This role leads the development of master creative assets, visual systems, and campaign initiatives across app, website, social platforms, and selected offline channels, while inspiring fresh, on-trend, and brand-aligned ideas that drive engagement and business results.
1. End-to-End Creative Ownership
Lead and oversee creative asset development across all touchpoints, including:
• App & Web onsite visibility (banners, landing pages)
• Social channels (Meta, TikTok)
• Livestream commerce visuals (on-screen graphics, motion elements, overlays)
• In-store POSM and offline materials (when applicable)
• Ensure creative quality, relevance, and consistency across online, in-app, social, and offline executions.
2. Master KV & Visual System Development
• Develop strong master KVs and scalable visual systems that can be adapted across multiple formats and platforms.
• Establish clear creative guidelines to maintain brand consistency while allowing flexibility for campaign-specific needs.
• Ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand identity, campaign objectives, and customer mindset.
3. Campaign & Always-On Social Content Creation :
• Coordinate with Internal Social team to initiate social ideas/content/video script and work with Agency to deliver effective content on Meta & TikTok.
• Social content Design
4. Creative & Campaign Initiative Development :
• Initiate and develop highly creative, on-trend, and brand-aligned campaign initiatives.
• Contribute creatively at early campaign planning stages, from concept ideation to execution strategy.
• Partner closely with marketing, media, and external agencies to bring ideas to life effectively.
5. Creative Leadership & Collaboration :
• Provide creative direction and feedback to internal
designers,
content creators, and external partners.
• Ensure timelines, creative standards, and campaign objectives are met.
Act as a creative thought leader, continuously exploring new formats, trends, and best practices in digital, social, and commerce-led content
