Position Overview
We are looking for a Creative Performance Manager to bridge the gap between marketing performance data and content production.
The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze advertising performance, identify creative insights, and transform those learnings into clear production briefs for motion and graphic teams.
The ideal candidate understands both marketing performance and creative production, and can help the team create more effective content through data-driven decision making.
Key Objectives
1. Develop Effective Creative Briefs
Create clear and actionable briefs for video, motion, and static advertising content.
Translate campaign performance insights into creative requirements.
Define content direction, messaging, hooks, references, and success criteria.
2. Support Content Performance Improvement
Analyze advertising results and identify patterns behind successful creatives.
Recommend improvements for future content based on performance data.
Support creative testing and content optimization efforts.
3. Enable Production Teams to Deliver Efficiently
Ensure
designers, motion artists, and editors receive complete and accurate requirements.
Provide references, examples, and production guidance when needed.
Minimize revisions caused by unclear briefs or missing information.
4. Monitor Industry & Competitor Trends
Research competitor creatives and advertising trends.
Identify content opportunities and emerging creative approaches.
Share relevant insights with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Performance Analysis
Review advertising and content performance data.
Analyze metrics such as CTR, Retention Rate, Conversion Rate, CPI, CPA, and ROAS.
Identify content strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
Summarize findings into practical recommendations.
Creative Brief Development
Create creative briefs for motion, video, and graphic production.
Define objectives, key messages, creative directions, references, and deliverables.
Ensure all production requirements are clear and actionable.
Production Support
Work closely with motion designers,
graphic designers, editors, and marketing teams.
Clarify requirements and provide feedback throughout production.
Ensure final outputs align with the approved brief.
Client & Internal Communication
Participate in discussions with clients when creative feedback or performance review is required.
Communicate insights, requirements, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Help manage expectations and ensure alignment between client requests and production execution.
