Creator Development Intern

We seek a dynamic and proactive Creator Outreach and Campaign Executive to join our Creator Growth Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the digital content landscape, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen understanding of influencer marketing. You will identify and engage with potential creators, manage relationships, and execute impactful campaigns to drive creator growth.
What You Will Do
1. Creator Outreach and Engagement:
Identify and research potential creators across various social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Initiate contact and build relationships with emerging and established creators.
Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize creators with AnyMind's tools and services.
2. Campaign Management:
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to promote brand partnerships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with client goals.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
3. Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
Foster long-term relationships with creators to ensure loyalty and continuous collaboration.
Organize and host events, webinars, and workshops to engage and educate creators.
4. Content Strategy and Development:
Collaborate with creators to develop compelling content that aligns with brand objectives.
Guide content strategies, trends, and best practices to enhance creator growth.
Review and approve content to ensure it meets quality standards and campaign requirements.
5. Reporting and Analytics:
Track and report on key performance metrics, campaign outcomes, and ROI.
Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Utilize data to drive strategic decisions and optimize future campaigns.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and the digital content landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using analytics tools and social media management platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with content creators and influencers.
Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital and influencer marketing.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in marketing.
