Understand and interpretation of the various business structures and how they play a role in determining the appropriate security structure.
Interpreting the fundamentals of Financial Statements to analyze financial data. This will involve evaluating the client's financial history, assets & liabilities to ascertain creditworthiness. ie. audit annual reports, financial statements, management accounts, payslips etc to identify financial risk and mitigants in turn to determine deal structuring and execution.
Market knowledge/analysis of a wide range of industries in order to assess financial risks based on micro & macroeconomics.
Understanding fundamentals/concepts of contract law and how they fit in banking and finance
Managing Risk & Compliance - Ensuring adherence to all regulatory and statutory obligations related to lending practices and procedures.
Managing/building and maintaining strong client relationships with key decision makers to proactively identify new business or opportunities.
Case studies will be provided during the interview process to review and assess to determine their proficiency of the above criteria.
Ongoing training and support will be provided for individual development.
Yêu cầu
1. Proficient English skills. IELTS band minimum score of 7.5
2. Minimum Tertiary Qualification or Equivalent degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Commerce/Economics, Law or related business field.
3. Experience in accounting, banking & finance related field is preferred however not a prerequisite.
