Mô tả công việc
• Understand the analytical process and credit rating methodologies
• Prepare information requirement listing (IRL) for the clients
• Communicate / Interact with client for information, data and documents needed in order to perform a rating
• Maintain / upgrade databook contains of business and financial information by sectors to ensure data is accurate and timely
• Draft preliminary rating note or credit assessment to assess a Company based on public information
• Prepare and present rating note containing rating recommendation in a time bound manner to the Credit Rating Committee (CRC) (Senior Analyst)
• Communicate Rating result to client and provide client with rationale from the analytical team (Senior Analyst)
• Prepare / draft / review final Issuer/Issue Credit Rating Report to client
• Conduct surveillance and review of Rating results
• Participate in developing analytical capabilities and research projects as needed
• Participate / responsible for (senior analyst) drafting publications (by topic or by sector)
• Continue to develop broad based knowledge of financial instruments, policies, and related business practices
• As part of the rating process, analysts may interact with issuers, investors and intermediaries
• Undertake other tasks assigned by Analytical Managers or CEO.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum undergraduate degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree)
• Relevant work or internship experience in credit and/or financial analysis strongly desired
• Solid Accounting background with focus in financial analysis (e.g. through coursework, CFA or equivalent, or relevant work/internship experience)
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Solid verbal, written communication (in both Vietnamese and English), and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and writing skills
• Familiarity with debt capital markets preferred (e.g. coursework and/or relevant work experience) with prior experience of financial/legal documentation review
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality, accurate work
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
