1. CS Benefits Planning
- Plan end-user service benefits and CRM initiatives in collaboration with the CS team, acting as the main window person.
- Propose budgets, benefit structures, and campaign concepts aligned with service and CRM objectives.
- Develop and improve service offers and sales campaigns by leveraging app features and customer insights.
- Explore and expand additional customer benefits through cooperation with third-party partners.
2. CS Benefits & CRM Execution
- Set up and manage CRM service benefits on the system (e.g. service appointment, warranty registration, Panasonic coins, vouchers, etc.).
- Take full ownership of CRM benefit-related functions, content, and operational setup.
- Coordinate closely with CS Marketing, CS Hotline, and D2C Marketing teams to handle customer inquiries and issues related to service benefits and CRM activities.
3. CRM Content & Marketing Coordination
- Act as Marketing PIC for CRM-related content.
- Share campaign insights, ideas, and improvement suggestions with the CRM and Marketing teams.

Business Development & UX Improvement
- Proactively propose ideas to enhance loyal customer benefits, user experience (UX), and UI within the app.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, satisfaction, and service usage through CRM initiatives.
5. Supporting Responsibilities
- Provide training and guidance on the My Panasonic+ app to CC, PG, and other relevant parties to ensure proper understanding and effective usage.
- Handle administrative tasks and paperwork, including vendor payment processing, incentive scheme documentation, and internal loyalty program communications and notices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in CRM, customer experience, service marketing, or loyalty programs.
- Experience working with mobile apps, CRM platforms, or digital customer engagement tools is a plus.
- Strong coordination skills to work cross-functionally with CS, CC, Marketing, IT, and vendors.
