Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
Design and develop software solutions using best practices in software engineering, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
Debug and troubleshoot software defects and issues, working closely with the quality assurance team to resolve them.
Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements to software development processes.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and growth.
Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
Qualifications
Degree in information technology, computer science or related disciplines.
3-5 years of experience working with CRM systems.
Prefer experience in end-to-end CRM implementation (Sales, Marketing, and Service modules).
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and strong business analysis skills.
Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: C# (.NET) or JavaScript.
Experience in system integration (REST API, Webhook, Data mapping).
Knowledge of Workflows and BPMN is a significant advantage.
Good English communication skill is a plus.
Good teamwork spirit and a willingness to understand the various roles played by fellow team members.
Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze / study new technical, new frameworks.
