Working closely with the Admissions Analysis Senior Manager, internal system owners, campus teams, IT, and the implementation partner, you will help ensure that data, system integrations, and operational processes are accurate, reliable, and ready for business use.
This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a major CRM implementation project while contributing to a variety of data management, business analysis, and system improvement activities as the project evolves.

Work with admissions-related data, including enquiries, leads, student and parent profiles, contact details, and historical admissions records.
Define data transformation rules, mapping logic, data ownership, and data dictionary standards.
Perform pre-migration data quality checks to identify duplicates, incomplete records, missing fields, mapping errors, invalid values, and data-type mismatches.
Support migration rehearsals and validate migrated data in testing and production environments.
Conduct post-migration reconciliation of record counts, field values, relationships, and business-critical information.
Document data discrepancies, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure data accuracy throughout the migration process.
System Integration
Coordinate with internal system owners and the implementation team to define integration requirements between the CRM platform and other business systems, including ERP and student information systems.
Identify required data objects, fields, data flows, validation rules, dependencies, and ownership for each integration.
Participate in solution reviews and demonstrations, gather feedback, and follow up on outstanding actions.
Review integration test cases and support end-to-end testing during UAT and go-live.
Track integration defects and data discrepancies, coordinate clarification, and support timely resolution.
Assist with cutover planning and readiness activities to ensure successful deployment of integrated solutions.
Training, User Support & Continuous Improvement
Maintain user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Support initial and refresher training for Admissions teams when processes or system functionality change.
Provide post-go-live support and coordinate with campus teams and IT to troubleshoot user and system issues.
