CRM Staff ( Up to 600$)

1. "CRM Application Admin
- Manage user's access including maintain existing user, create new users and inactivate license when user resign.
- Support other team to design relevant reporting of sales activity
- Understand and Support each Business Unit on leverage data input to update and get exact data report
- Determine new requirements from user feedback to be fed back into the technical Support team but not limited to customize CRM system and advise to adapt BU's needs/program in case of needed
- Update Competitor or Cat product into system
- Improve and measure efficiency of Marketing program"
2. 'CRM Data Management
- Ensure the database is segmented effectively
- Assist marketing campaigns by exporting targeted customer data to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure the systems record fully info to manage the quality and consistency of data capture across all customer
- Minimize duplication.
- Set up and maintain the marketing information files (Tender results, Lost sales, competitive inf. & projects information, etc) for providing to the Marketing Manager/Director and Sales team through CRM.
3. ."CRM Reporting
- Generate report with outlook insight based on current data
- Export reports and upload to Cat website (i.e TAPs/APD)
- Support sales through Dashboard which is useful for them during sales execution
- Analyze current CRM and ensure it's fit for purpose and the goals of the organization
- Create a monthly CRM KPI report based on CRM data
- Track monthly performance of KPI against monthly targets and send to relevant BU"
4. "CRM Training
- 'Create all training collateral including, training guides, cheat sheets and deliver training/coaching to ensure user able to use system at competency level
- Ongoing Support for all Users
- Train and Support the use of Mobile Apps
- Consult SFM (Sales Funnel Management) and providing Business Unit update about SFM program (Participation Rate, Close Rate and PINS
