Cruise Specialist

We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and highly driven Cruise professional to join our dynamic team at Cruise Asia / Destination Asia in Vietnam. This is a challenging and multi-faceted hybrid role involving preparing detailed proposals for global cruise lines, key client account management and port operations as well as creativity in proposing new and existing shorex. We are looking for an ambitious and mature candidate to make this job their own and in the long term build an effective cruise team as we welcome cruising back to Vietnam following the Covid-19 pandemic.
Strategy:
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key cruise accounts and maximize opportunities for new business.
• Work closely in conjunction with the Cruise Asia Director to facilitate cruise ship arrivals and manage shorex.
• To be central to the re-launching of Cruise Asia Vietnam.
Execute:
• Manage and ensure the smooth running of the operation at all ports in Vietnam for Cruise Ship clients.
• Handle any operational issues including but not limited to complaints, emergencies, changes in itinerary and find solutions to ensure maximum customer's satisfaction.
• Manage cost control of cruise ship operations and in charge of invoicing clients.
• Prepare operational management reports including number of passengers on each call.
• Lead client communication and take the lead in providing detailed proposals and quotations to cruise clients.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to improve existing and create new shorex.
• Work closely with the Cruise Asia Director and General Manager Vietnam to drive forward our cruise business.
Leadership: This role will start as a Cruise Specialist who will take the lead on providing quotations and collaborating with our operations teams on port calls.
