Mô tả công việc
• Involves in all aspects relating to the Tender, Design and Construction Management of all types of Civil and Structural Systems for Industrial Facilities Buildings;
• In-charge of the design of Concrete and Steel Structures;
• Assists Project Managers in achieving project completion within budget and on schedule and quality
• Prepares, Issues and Evaluates Tender packages;
• Coordinates with Architectural and Process, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines and Quantity surveyors;
• Address site issues related to design;
• Liaises with Consultants and sub-contractors;
• Provides direction and coaching to other junior team members;
• Manages timely submission and approvals from local authorities.
• Responsible for ensuring to remain familiar with current practices and engineering trends within the industry and to remain technically competent;
• Ad hoc duties as determined by management.
Yêu cầu
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master's Degree in Structural Engineering preferred
• Diploma holders with additional 2
- 3 years' experience unless equated with professional certifications
• 6 - 8 years of Design and Construction experience
• 1 - 2 years additional experience for each higher grade of progression
