This Culture & Community Intern job might be for YOU, if:
You have:
A university degree or are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
An interest in
digital marketing, social media, and online communities, with basic knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A proactive attitude, curiosity, and openness to feedback.
You're good at:
Supporting the day-to-day moderation and engagement of online communities.
Tracking basic community metrics (e.g., engagement, interactions, content performance) and supporting post-campaign reporting.
Conducting simple research on user behavior, trends, and community feedback to support content and engagement strategies.
Participating in team discussions and sharing observations or learnings from community interactions.
Supporting ad hoc projects related to community management and employee engagement.
You're extra awesome at:
Taking initiative and being eager to learn new tools and ways of engaging communities.
Staying up to date with social media trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team.
