This Culture & Community Executive job might be for YOU, if:
You have:
1+ years of experience in community management, social media, or
digital marketingStrong written and verbal communication skills
Digital savviness and familiarity with social platforms (forums, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Attention to detail and ability to operate independently in a multi-team environment
Proactive mindset and cultural sensitivity
You're good at:
1. Influencer & Community Management:
Identify, evaluate, and engage relevant influencers to drive conversations and support campaign objectives
Overseeing daily moderation and engagement with the community.
Manage and monitor campaigns closely to achieve performance goals, and deliver post-campaign reports with key insights
2. Social Outreach & Optimization:
Tracking community-level metrics (engagement rates, active groups, recurring content themes)
Analyzing user behavior and feedback to refine content, seeding strategy, and community structure
Providing insights and recommendations for performance optimization and strategy evolution
3. Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure community content aligns with campaign calendars and priorities
Syncing regularly with team leads on performance, insights, and optimization opportunities
Supporting ad-hoc initiatives related to community or employee engagement
You're extra awesome at:
Taking ownership of community initiatives and driving measurable engagement and participation
Identifying trends and opportunities to enhance community interaction
Streamlining processes and contributing to scalable models for community growth and engagement
Acting as a bridge between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and maximum impact
