Mô tả công việc

Design and build English study materials for K12 students,
Manage projects and operate product content for English subject across multiple platforms (Mobile apps, websites, etc.)
Manage and lead the English Curriculum Team,
Participate in the process of product analysis,
Coordinate with relevant departments to create content structures for the products,
Stay up to date with new trends, teaching methods and changes in the MOET's curriculum and regulations,
Give advice on academic issues and suggest the best solutions for K12 learning content development,
Other tasks as assigned by the Curriculum Manager.

Yêu cầu

Basic Qualifications
5 years of experience in English teaching,
3 years of experience in developing curriculum and designing learning content,
Solid knowledge of high school curriculum, teaching methods & exams,
Experience working with digital products such as learning websites or mobile apps,
Strong in project management,
Problem-solving and communication skills.
Management skills
Experience in building, managing, and leading the content development team,
Leadership skills and decision-making skills.
Plus
Experience working with Ed-tech or digital products,
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and with different stakeholders.
