1. New Project Development
- Engage with clients to gather project details, ensuring a thorough understanding of requirements.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to offer recommendations for quality improvements and value-added features.

- Manage and process sales orders, maintaining clear and proactive communication with clients.

3. Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare detailed sales reports and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Support clients with design and sourcing assistance, ensuring products exceed their expectations.
Yêu cầu
Experience:
PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE ABLE TO WORK IN BEN CAT, YOU WILL HAVE TO PROVIDE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT OR BE WILLING TO MOVE NEAR TO THE FACTORY.
• A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer account role, preferably within the furniture manufacturing industry.
Technical Proficiency:
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with International shipping processes and quality control systems is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Capable of self-learning and adapting to dynamic work environments.
