_Communicate with clients in English through phone calls, messages, and email
_Support appointment scheduling, follow-up, and task coordination
_Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
_Support administrative and back-office tasks
_Follow company procedures and maintain a professional standard of work
_Work closely with team members in a multinational environment
_Assist with daily operational support for healthcare-related services
Work location: Office in District 4, Ho Chi Minh City
Working hours: Night shift , aligned with U.S. business hours, Full time or part time negotiate.
Yêu cầu
_English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0+ or strong practical communication skills
_Able to work night shift
_Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented
_Good computer skills and confidence using email, chat, spreadsheets, and online systems
_Strong communication and customer service mindset
_Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
_Experience in customer service, healthcare support, administration, call center, or related fields is preferred
_Experience working with international teams is a plus
