Responsibilities:
Customer Care
Provide professional and responsive customer service to parents and students.
Conduct follow-ups on re-enrollment processes and ensure timely completion.
Manage and resolve customer requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
Conduct regular facility checks to maintain safety and operational standards.
Support daily student pick-up procedures and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Reception and Cashier Duties
Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors in a professional manner.
Collect tuition fees and other payments; prepare and issue receipts accurately.
Handle banking transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage student documents, ensuring confidentiality and proper filing.
Administrative Support
Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of office and teaching supplies.
Prepare and process payment requests and related administrative documents.
Support attendance management and record-keeping systems.
Assist in sales and marketing activities, providing logistical and administrative support.
Coordinate and assist with student outings and special events.
Reporting
Prepare reports related to student enrollment, re-enrollment, and savings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for management review.

Required Experience
