Business development:
- Contact, introduce, consult and sell Credit Card, Consumer Loan or Insurance products (new)
- Focus on customer development, selling new products to customers to increase sales according to assigned targets.
- Guide customers to complete credit card and loan applications according to regulations.
- Meet credit service needs; Ensuring safety, speed and accuracy for customers.
- Customer care, consulting, guidance, maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential customers.
-Actively participate and contribute effectively to sales organization activities of SmartCredit Division
- Carry out functions, duties and functions according to authority as stipulated in Shinhan Bank's documents.
- Comply with regulations on interest rates, exchange rates, fees and limits in accordance with current regulations of Shinhan Bank.
Submit to superior leaders for approval when exceeding authority. Timely and honestly report risky incidents to superior leaders. Comply with procedures and regulations of credit operations documents and other documents of Shinhan Bank

- Graduated from university, college or intermediate major in Economics, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Tourism, Import-Export, Real Estate, Business,...
- Have passion in the fields of Business, Finance - Banking, Financial Consulting
- Have experience in credit lending consulting and credit card opening consulting at banks or equivalent financial companies for 2 years or more
