Main Role & Responsibilities:
Establishing the potential Prospect Pipeline, Developing Customer and Sustaining good
Customer relationships
Developing new marketing channels, implementing Market Planning, and maintaining good relationships with all Marketing Networks
Monitoring market information, able to analyze the market, competitor, targeted entity, and industry information and capturing the business opportunities with target customer.
Promoting the company product and profile, support company in Sales record and business expansion
Male or Female Vietnamese nationality, Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in Industrial Real Estate related fields
Bachelor or master's degree in related fields of Business
Administration, Marketing and Sales, Logistics, or Industry related fields
Good Team Development, Good Leadership and High digital literacy skills
Current Knowledge of Industry Trends, Foreign Investment Regulations
Excellent in English business communication and presentation Skills, Proficiency in another Foreign language eg. Korean/ Japanese is highly an advantage
Able to travel
