Description:
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Support in preparing reports on customer feedback and service performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and working processes.
- Join projects assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Final-year students or fresh graduates who can commit to work full-time for 6 months from September 2025.
- Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, International Business, Finance, Economics or any related fields.
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office. Candidate who can use another languages (especially Chinese) will have an advantage.
- Have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Data-driven and proactiveness. High learning agility and Willing-to-do mindset.
