Mô tả công việc
1. Customer Supply Chain management
Build & enhance SC model/ framework with customers
Develop SC solutions with customers to improve service, cost, cash, quality & safety of E2E SC
Build & negotiate contract with customers regarding SC terms
Take ownership of SC problems with customers & come forward to solution
2. Demand Capture
Build & enhance demand capture framework including:
Master data alignment, planning process, joint forecast, demand understanding with customer
Demand sensing (primary & secondary) & alignment with CD & planning
Manage framework's compliance
Manage demand capture efficiency (accuracy, on time)
3. Demand Fulfillment
a. Information flow:
Build & enhance demand fulfillment framework (information flow only) including stock allocation, O2C, customer service.
Manage framework's compliance
Manage efficient fulfillment including:
Smooth daily operation
Driving supply responsiveness, logistics & quality
b. Product flow:
Coordinate with RTM, sales, logistics for RTM SC models with highest service & optimal cost-to-serve]
4. SC Metrics & Customer Satisfaction
Customer relationship building & management
SC scorecard alignment with customer (service level, customer stock availability, NFS)
Manage SC metrics performance by working with all related-functions for root-causes, solutions, and following up actions

RESPONSIBILITIES of Route to Market Supply Chain (70%):
1. RTM Fulfillment Modelling
- Manage for the right fulfillment model, network modelling, operating model, etc... for E2E RTMs (from Unilever to customers or even shoppers) by considering many factors of cost, service and other business factors.
2. Secondary Warehouse Solution
- Pick the right fulfillment model for the E2E RTM (from Unilever to customers or even shoppers)
3. Secondary Warehouse Performance Mgt
- Pick the right fulfillment model for the E2E RTM (from Unilever to customers or even shoppers)
4. Secondary Transportation Solution
- Pick the right fulfillment model for the E2E RTM (from Unilever to customers or even shoppers)
5. Secondary Transportation Performance Mgt
- Pick the right fulfillment model for the E2E RTM (from Unilever to customers or even shoppers)

Bachelor degree
At least 3-5 year experience in working with big partners in Supply Chain (FMCG is preferred).
Master in English.
