Mô tả công việc
Be responsible for end-to-end integrated channel marketing communication (IMC) campaigns for Brand Shop (Samsung Experience Store, Samsung Premium Store) from planning to reporting.
• Manage and follow up with SES/SPS Partners and collaboration with SES/SPS Sales Team to ensure execution, performance and timeline of Channel Marketing campaign.
• Manage and follow up with relevant marketing agencies to ensure execution, performance and timeline together with Partners especial Marketing Workshop/ Launching Event/Store Opening.
• Understand customer behavior via data analysis to implement appropriate action plans to enhance user experience (UX) and working with RHQ/HQ for Regional/Global Project
• Give recommendations for Sales team based on data-driven insight to accelerate performance of related channels or platforms together with all Marketing activities
• Collaborate with platforms & Sales Team/ Partner to improve Operation Excellence in terms of related execution along with liquidation.
Yêu cầu
• 5-8 years of experience of marketing, digital or channel marketing.
• Digital knowledge/ understanding is a plus.
• Critical thinking and data analytical thinking are highly required.
• Good verbal and written communications to efficiently work with various stakeholders.
• English is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration is a plus.
