We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Migration Specialist to facilitate the seamless migration of existing customers from the COMSUITE Payables Finance platform to the new Trade Payable Service (TPS) platform. This role is critical to ensure a smooth transition for over 20 buyers and 92 sellers currently using COMSUITE PF, as part of our regional upgrade initiative.
Job Highlights:
• Reconcile and verify the list of existing customers and users to ensure accurate migration to the TPS platform.
• Prepare and coordinate the execution of all necessary legal documentation required for the migration process.
• Set up and configure the new TPS platform for each customer, ensuring all functionalities are tailored to their needs.
• Deliver comprehensive user training sessions to customers, ensuring they are confident and proficient in using the new TPS platform.
• Manage the termination process of the legacy COMSUITE PF platform for each customer, ensuring a clean and compliant transition.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and troubleshooting throughout the migration period.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met within the 11-month contract period.
