About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team and support clients in adopting our software solutions effectively. This role requires strong technical and data skills, combined with excellent communication to assist non-technical customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze, clean, and prepare customer data using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and SQL queries.
• Map customer requirements into system configurations and workflows with technical accuracy.
• Guide and support non-IT clients to successfully adopt and use our software, explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable way.
• Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding technical issues with hands-on
IT support skills; escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with logistics, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Visit customer sites in Vietnam as required.
• Travel to Thailand HQ 1-2 times per month for training and customer meetings; work remotely 80% from Vietnam.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• At least 1-2 years of practical experience in data analysis, IT support, or technical customer service within the IT/software industry.
• Ability to communicate complex technical ideas effectively to non-technical customers in English.
• Basic Python scripting skills are a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
• Willingness to travel to Thailand HQ 1-2 times per month; predominantly remote work (80%) based in Vietnam.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
