Job description
As a Customer Partner Representative at B. Braun, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves promoting B. Braun's diverse portfolio of medical products and solutions across various therapeutic areas and hospital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote and provide product information, training, and support to customers.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and expand market share.
• Manage tender processes, product listing, and documentation for hospital projects.
• Organize and conduct product presentations, workshops, and scientific events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the marketing team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all activities.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
• Have experience in sales within ETC channel
• Have knowledge of tender processes and hospital sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office; good English for communication and documentation (preferred)
