U.S. based company looking for a technical & customer service agent.
You will be managing client relationships by responding to account inquiries and troubleshooting equipment errors. You will be required to answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, resolve technical issues, download equipment, fulfill customers' service requests, and keep detailed notes.
