Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling, dispatching, planning, tracking, and performance analysis.
• Monitor carrier service quality and ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Receive and process inquiries and bookings from customers and overseas agents.
• Handle both export and import sea/air freight operations, including documentation, customer communication, and data input in the system.
• Issue and manage shipping documents such as Booking Note, MBL/HBL, AMS/ACI/ E-manifest, Shipping Advice (export), D/O, Arrival Notice (import), Debit Note, and Job Costing,...
• Track and monitor shipment status until final delivery at the destination.
• Maintain and enhance professional relationships with customers, providing timely support and solutions.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and service providers during shipment handling.
• Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
• Support other sales or service-related tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
• College or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding or export-import documentation.
• Good command of English (both written and verbal).
• Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with logistics management systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
