Family Medical Practice, is a foreign-operated multidisciplinary medical provider based in Vietnam, Family Medical Practice has consistently delivered international-standard medicine since 1997.
Family Medical Practice's growing team of dedicated physicians specialize in emergency & evacuation medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, women's health, orthopedics, and psychiatry, among others.
We are looking for Emergency Dispatchers to be part of our Alarm Center team at Family Medical Practice in HCMC; to become part of the broadest emergency response network in Vietnam.
Job Description:
The Emergency Dispatcher will respond to medical emergency calls. They will gather essential information from callers and dispatch the appropriate first responder to the scene.
Yêu cầu
** Must have:
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English will be tested
- Good telephone techniques
- Previous experience in similar business would be an advantage
** Nice to have:
- Ability to think and react quickly and calmly
- Ability to use individual judgment, decision making skills to evaluate situations and resolve matters
- Ability to listen and take control of the situation
- Ability to operate telephone equipment and computer keyboards
- Ability to read maps and quickly locate streets and addresses
- Ability to record information accurately
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent multitasking abilities
