Dayone is the parent company of Got It (2015) and Scan It (2022) with an exciting new product launching in the fourth quarter of 2023. Established in 2015, Got It is the original, largest, and most trusted digital voucher, loyalty, and gifting solutions platform in Vietnam. While Got It distributes well over one million vouchers monthly on behalf of its thousands of clients, Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive sales.

Our next focus is a business which we joined hands with Buzzebees, SEA's leading customer engagement/ loyalty SaaS and ecommerce enabler. This joint venture (JV) will bring exciting new products which marry perfectly with our existing businesses, and create a unique value proposition and competitive advantage for our business in Vietnam.

II. What you need to do

We are looking for Chat Support Representative responds to customer inquiries regarding online platform, order, product questions or problems in a live chat format in timely. Come with prompt and proper solution of customer queries by providing answers, additional information, and suggesting.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner.
Responding to customer inquiries in timely.
Communicating with customers through online channels.
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with relevant team as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

III. What you should have

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Passionate about customer care.
Good typing skill.
Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision.
A fast learner who is able to work with set targets.
Must be time flexible and able to work in a rotational shift system including Public holidays and weekends.
