Providing Fluent English Speaking admin, email, telephone answering and low level accounting services, for small UK businesses and personal assistant to the business owner who lives in Ho Chi Minh
[JB HEATING SERVICES] is looking for a FLUENT ENGLISH CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT with HIGH LEVEL FLUENT ENGLISH Communication skill (BRITISH ACCENT is a PLUS).
LOCATION: Hybrid work schedule
Park 2 Vinhomes Central Park, 208 Đ. Nguyễn Hữu Cảnh, Vinhomes Tân Cảng, Bình Thạnh, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
WORKING TIME:
12:00 PM to 09:00 PM, Monday to Friday and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Saturdays
ABOUT US:
Briefly, we're a construction engineering business established in 1997 serving Lancashire and Manchester. We cover all boilers and heating for domestic, commercial and industrial heating as well as plumbing requirements, specialising in boiler repair and service for either Gas, Oil, LPG and Electrical Work.

Currently, we have a UK team of 13 (9 engineers and 2 admins) and a VNese team of 1 admin.
We pride ourselves on being prompt, competitively priced and professional. Therefore, we're looking for a dedicated Administrative Coordinator who can accompany us in the long run and bring out the best value for the customers.
RESPONSIBILITY:
* Reply to emails, answer phone calls, assist customers in fluent English.
* Work with invoices, engineer schedules, customer bookings.
* Cooperate with other staff to promote work and solve problems.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
* Do other office tasks (in Vietnamese) assigned by business owners.

Yêu cầu

* Communicate in English confidently and fluently (British Accent is a PLUS).
* 3+ years experience with foreign working environment.
* Commit to work for more than 1 year.
* Proactive, helpful, and willing to learn.
* Willing to have holidays following UK Holidays and work on some Vietnamese Holidays.
NOTE***
- After screening you will be asked to send an AUDIO FILE of English speaking.
- Only the candidates with the highest English speaking skill will be considered.
- If you do not speak FLUENT ENGLISH please DO NOT apply as you will not be selected.

- When working from home a camera will be required during all of working time only to monitor honesty and performance.
- The salary range indicated is wide, it would only be after 6 months that the higher salary will be considered and once exemplary UK customer service and management has been clearly demonstrated and is on par with UK admin staff.
