Mô tả công việc
We are Japanese Logistics Company, we are looking for 2 positions as customer service & documentation department as bellows:
1/ Sea Export:
• Handle booking, SI, VGM, B/L issuance, AMS/AFR filing,
• Send pre-alert, loading confirmation, P.O.D, shipment report...
• Follow up shipments with oversea agents until cargo delivery
• Issue debit note, credit note, arrange payment
• Follow instructions from front office if any special requirements (cargo insurance, Fumigation, free time applying...)
• Arrange messenger to take & deliver original docs to customer
• Close file timely
• Create and update SOP for each customer.
• Handle complaints & problems
• Report problems to supervisor
2/ Air Export & Import:
• Air Export: Check rate with airline/GSA
• Handle booking, AWB issuance, prepare original documents pouch to attach with aircraft
• Send pre-alert, loading confirmation, P.O.D, shipment report...
• Follow up shipments with oversea agents until cargo delivery
• Air import: handle pre-alert, check docs, issue A/N, D/O
• Issue debit note, credit note, arrange payment
• Follow instructions from front office if any special requirements (cargo insurance, Fumigation, free time applying...)
• Arrange messenger to take & deliver original docs to customer
• Close file timely
• Create and update SOP for each customer.
• Handle complaints & problems
• Report problems to supervisor
Yêu cầu
• College / University (Foreign Trade)
• Word, Excel, Outlook
• Good English skills
• 1-3 years experienced in sea export
• Good knowledge of freight forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable
