1. Shipment Handling & Documentation
Handle Ocean & Air Import/Export shipments from booking to final delivery
Receive booking and Shipping Instructions (SI) from customers
Prepare and check HBL/MBL, Invoice, Packing List and related documents
Submit SI, manifest and pre-alert accurately and on time
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders and consolidators
2. Customer Service & Follow-up
Update customers on shipment status, stuffing plan, cut-off and schedules
Proactively follow shipments and handle daily operational issues
Support customers in resolving complaints or unexpected situations
Report promptly to CS Leader/Manager on any shipment issues or risks
3. Coordination & Team Support
Coordinate with overseas agents to handle nominated shipments
Work closely with the Operations team on B/L issuance and document pick-up
Support teammates and back up operations when needed, especially in peak season
Yêu cầu
College/University degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, Economics, Maritime Transportation or related fields
Have 1-3 year of experience in Customer Service or Operations in the logistics/forwarding industry
Basic understanding of import/export process, Incoterms and shipping documents
Good reading and writing English for work communication
Good computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
Commercial mindset: understands the customer's business and sees great service as part of the sale
Sales orientation: proactively spots customer needs, supports Sales and helps grow repeat business
Careful, responsible and service-minded
Good communication and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude and good teamwork spirit
Nice to have
Experience in Ocean Import/Export
Experience working with overseas agents or shipping lines
Sales coordination experience (not mandatory)
