Requirements
High School Diploma or above
English proficiency at
B2 level or higher
Comfortable communicating and working in English daily
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities
Support customers via phone, email, chat, and messaging channels
Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary
Update and maintain customer information accurately in the system
Meet service quality standards and KPI targets
