Support:
Receive information & support Customer/Merchant via multi channels Hotline, Fanpage, Email
Survey Customer satisfaction, and collect customer feedback on our service and brand.
Random check the store to ensure the knowledge and services of the store about Got It.

Training:
Plan and execute training for merchants' CS Team based on the company's requirements.
Plan and execute training for the CS team based on the company's requirements.
Yêu cầu
At least 2+ years of experience in relevant positions, preferably in Hotline/Call Center.
Proactive, positive, and patient.
Good verbal and written English is a plus.
Good in Office software.
Can work under great pressure.
Willing to work on shift (rotation in 4 shifts by manager's arrangement: 7h30-15h30; 9h-18h; 15h-23h; 11h30-20h) and Work 5 days/week (including weekend)
