1. Customer Service cum marketing
Work as a connector between customers and companies to ensure effective service levels to customers:
- Receive the inquiry from Customer, clarify all request and well feedback to Customer.
- Prepare the draft service contract, negotiate terms & conditions with customers.
- Introduce NSL service to new clients
2. Pricing:
- Check and gather buying trucking rates as well as prepare the quotations for trucking or additional inquiries from customers.
- Generate accurate, rapid operational cost calculations and provide to customers with quotations.
-Coordinate with Business Network Team to ensure P&L (Profit & Loss) for per business when implementation.
- Contract creation and authoring with vendors/customers.
- Update service contracts up to date into the system (vendor/customer account, validity, route, pricing, and other surcharges).
-Update and review contract amendment/supplement.
Yêu cầu
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics will be a priority.
- Working experience in Trucking company or Logistics
- 2 or 3 years experience
- English: Upper-Intermediate
- Good at MS Word / Excel / PPT presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure
