Customer Service Executive
Job description
- Provide guidelines on investment procedure to customers.
- Will join and assist Sales Executives at final meeting(s) before signing contract with new customer.
- IRC/ERC: communicate investment guidelines, checklist, timeline and applications. Send granted and translated certificates.
- Post IRC/ERC support: construction permit, inport/export, tax, ...
- Information management: constructors, hotels, consultants, ...; follow-up new laws and regulations.
- CIL Management: support contract draft and negotiation.
- USA & GSA: support drafting and negotiation.
- LURC: following-up.
- Utilities and services: PDA, WUA send out, negotiation
- Jetty services: drafting, sending out, negotiating
- Telecom: support drafting and negotiation.
- USA & GSA: support drafting and negotiation.
- Clients construction and operation coordination, with support from SE/AE.
- Support Marketing with customer event organization.
- Visit clients on a regular basis for mutual updates and build relationship.
- Identify upselling opportunities.
- Keep CRM/Smartsheets up-to-date with latest reports and key data.
- Stay informed about latest relevant business news among clients.
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution: Total Customer Ownership.
- Bi-yearly customer satisfaction survey.
- Organizing job fairs with support of Marketing.
Job requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Profiency in English & Chinese (preference is native Chinese, with fluent English)
- 5 years experience in roles with customer exposure
- Knowledge/Expertise: Negotiation, Interpersonal, Laws on enterprise and investment, Time management, Project management, Problem solving
