The Sales department seeks a hardworking and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our ambitious team. You will work with all the strong and enthusiastic people in the Cốc Cốc company to bring our clients the best product-advertising platform service.

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for answering and consulting products for clients, regularly via phone as hotline support.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Consult services and respond to client's requests about the Cốc Cốc advertising platform by phone and other chat channels;
Coordinate with other teams to solve client's concerns about advertising products;
Support low-touch clients. Help clients optimize their advertising campaigns;
Check & guide clients to make payments;
Analyze clients' feedback about Cốc Cốc products to provide them with better service;
Make daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required skills:

Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service;
Have knowledge of marketing, advertising is preferred;

Preferred qualifications:

Good interpersonal communication skills & time management skills;
Good Microsoft Office skills;
Good at English;
Administrative service skills.
Problem-solving skills;
Good teamwork player.
