Mô tả công việc
80% CS
1. Daily calculate quotation as customer require , then entry SO into system
2. Daily claims entry (If any), monitor and push pending cases
3. Service claims validation, service fee reconciliation
4. Monthly management Service Coating fee calculation & payment due
5. Logistic fee checking and arrange pickup /shipment routine daily
6. Service MKT: support to execute customer care campaign with teams
7. Other service department administration jobs
8. Co-operation with production department to handle shipment to customer
9. Handling Purchase activities as procurement task
10. Develop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards.
20% Purchasing
1. Interacts with clients and manages their transaction
2. Researching potential vendors
3. Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
4. Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
5. Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Daily follow up with component shipment, request custom clearance for import shipment
6. Review quality of purchased products
7. Enter order details (PR/PO) (i.e., vendor, quantities, prices) into internal databases
8. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
9. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
10. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
11. Coordinate with warehouse /Production staff to ensure proper storage

Yêu cầu công việc
Candidate Profile
• University degree in Economics /Finance
• Strong entrepreneurial and goal- oriented approach driven by efficiency
• Having good knowledge of Labor law, Custom law, and Vietnamese regulation.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
• Experience in administrative, especially in Environmental Health and Safety
• Proficiency in MS office application (excel, power point, etc....), strong data analysis skills. English communication.
• Service center management and/or network development experience /SAP user will be an absolute advantage.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors). Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Negotiation skills, Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses
• Open and positive mindset with experience in international and cross-cultural business environment
• Experience- Min 5 years
