• Schedule and track client appointments.
• Record and manage client medical records.
• Handle emergency situations and coordinate with relevant departments to provide solutions.
• Communicate promotions and company services to clients.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints.
• Assist doctors in consulting with clients.
• Analyze client needs and propose
business development ideas.
• Perform other tasks as required by the manager.
Reporting:
• Log daily tasks and report to the team leader.
• Prepare and review the next day's client appointments and treatments.
• Check client information in the customer care system.
• Manage client entries and exits.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Pleasant appearance, good communication skills, friendly, and enthusiastic.
• Professional demeanor.
• Proficient in office computer applications.
• Good teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge and experience in dentistry are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Japanese is a plus
Salary and Benefits:
• Salary: Negotiable based on competency and experience.
• Lunch allowance: 700,000 VND/month (after signing the labor contract).
• Quarterly KPI bonus (1,000,000 VND - 6,000,000 VND) if the clinic meets sales targets.
