Customer Service Executive

Customer service
• Provide professional customer service to our customers via phone, email, or live chat
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have in a timely and respectful manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and preferences
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customers understand their needs and preferences
• Provide product recommendations and information for customer satisfaction, including the records of feedback and transactions
• Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures
• Other tasks as assigned
Manage CRM channel's operation
• Be responsible for content creation, including content planning, writing, copy editing & optimizing for each customer segmentation across all CRM's channels.
• Evaluate content's performance and propose action.
• Brainstorm with the whole team to develop and propose new LYB Campaigns. Involve in planning and execution to deliver the business target in all campaigns.
