Job Summary: The duty is supporting the Sale Team in Managing and Controlling Sale Orders, coordinate with other departments for company Business running smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Main roles and responsibilities:
1. Receipt of orders/delivery request from commercial team, SSO, customers
2. Create orders: warehouse sales (back to back, ISO), commission sales, sample (FOC), direct order.
3. Check & feedback to Commercial team (if any) the relevant information such as low or negative GP margin, available inventory, allocation inventory to customer or credit issue (over due or over credit limit) to get approval before orders processing.
4. Create DO
5. Receive and resolve customer complaints relevant to order delivery including document
6. Create return order, issue credit note, debit note to customer
7. Create condition records (ZP00, ZTL1, ZTL2, ZP20...)
B. Support sales:
Coordinate with sales team, procurement team, warehouse, finance team, to follow event, promotion, claim, payment, after sales service for customers.
Manage and Control the Inventory data with PO and Warehouse team to update for Sale-team accordingly.
C. Knowledge and Experience on Planning and Purchasing is an advantage:
Support and Co-operate with the Sale-team, Planning team to follow and manage Demand Forecast if required.
Support and co-operate with the PO- Import team in export procedure if required
Other tasks assigned by Supply Chain Manager/ Customer Service Supervisor
