We are hiring Customer Service Officers to work at the Information Counter at Hanoi Centre and Saigon Centre.
Working Schedule:
1 shift per day, 6 days per week
Morning shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (1-hour evening break)
Main Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and provide directions and information about the mall.
Collect customer feedback and prepare daily reports.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service counter area.
Answer incoming calls (if any) and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
Provide administrative support and handle related paperwork as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Proficient in English communication, with a strong focus on listening and speaking skills.
• Flexibility to work on shifts as required.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese.
• Minimum height of 1.55m; good-looking appearance is considered a plus.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Willing to learn & commute to workplaces around Ho Chi Minh City/ Hanoi
