1. Job Title : Customer Service Officer - Part-time
2. Job description
In charge of the reception area: answering the phone, greeting customers, checking customers in and handling customers' payment.
Consulting and handling customer inquiries in a professional manner, helping members to find the right package which most suit their training needs via offline and online channels such email, website, Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, Whatsapp and Phone.
Support members in the studio to make sure they have everything they need for their training session.
Maintain all facilities and equipment in proper condition
Administration tasks related such as managing customers' databases and documents, making reports, etc.
Support the trainers if needed
Support organizing and coordinating marketing events.
Develop/ maintain the relationship with past, current and potential members.
Other duties as assigned by the management.
3. Job requirements
• Basic communication skills both in writing and verbally in English. • Attention to details, ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Willing to learn and take responsibility.
• Working well with google drive and admin system.
4. Benefits
• Working time: Part-time [12.30 pm - 4.30 pm // 4.30 pm - 8.30 pm]
• Salary: 30.000 - 35.000 vnd/ per hour.
• Holiday and benefits according to Vietnamese labor law.
• Working in a professional foreign environment with a culture of learning and growth.
• Providing developmental coaching and mentoring along the way
• Access to KBF fitness classes and training.
