Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including Live Chat, email, and phone.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
To ensure reliability, we must be able to provide 24/7 customer service
Coordinate with other departments to address and resolve important issues, identifying and addressing root causes for effective problem resolution
Contribute to the development and implementation of work improvement initiatives or business objectives by recommending, giving ideas, providing feedback, and so on
Assist with data collection. Provide daily, weekly, or monthly data consolidation, and analyze reports when required
Provide timely information to the team leader, reporting critical issues promptly and ensuring a transparent flow of information within the team.
Requirement
Vietnamese typing skill (with accent)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office;
Ability to work in a shifting and night schedule.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
A strong team player with the ability to contribute to a positive team culture.
College or university graduates;
A minimum of 6 months of working experience in a customer service role;
